ABC Transfer FAQs

ABC Transfers provides an airport transfer service designed to help get you to and from the airport. We can pick you up from your home, hotel or airport and get you to where you need to go.

To contact ABC Transfers and make a booking, either fill in one of the contact forms on the website or give us a call on 0427 659 990  and we’ll help you to reserve your seat.

ABC Transfers is available for pick up and drop off for all of Brisbane, including the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Byron Bay and Moreton Bay area. Wherever you’re coming from or going to, we’ve got you covered.

Name: The contact person in the group.

Phone: A mobile phone number that will be our point of contact at pickup.

Email: To receiving booking confirmations, updates and cancellation emails.

Second Email: Anyone else’s email you want to be CC’d on email confirmations.

Notes: Include special requests like child seats, booster seats, oversized luggage and anything else we need to know.

Complete Destination Address: Your complete pickup or drop off address if you selected a suburb in the booking request.

Bank Transfer: Book online and direct deposit money into our bank account before you transfer Our bank account details are provided on the next page after “confirming” your booking.

Pay driver cash: Advise staff if this is your choice.

Book online: then pay our driver cash or by credit card when you transfer.

We will wait for you at no extra cost.

Just let us know as soon as you can by sending a text message or calling. We will re-arrange another transfer time and meet you when you arrive.

You should always allow plenty of time to get to where your going. Always allow for peak hour traffic and road works and any other problems along the way. 

You will be advised where to meet the driver when you make the booking.

We offer a free cancellation up to 24 hours before the booking time.

Yes, we operate 24 hrs 7 days a week (public holidays no extra charge including Christmas and New Years).
